About Us

Maner Fence & Installed Sales is a Charleston fencing, building supply, and installation company serving the tri-county area.

Founded as Maner Builders Supply Co. in Augusta, Georgia in 1951, we began offering installed fencing services and DIY materials to the Lowcountry in 1989. Since then, we have expanded our services to better serve customers with both residential and commercial projects in Mt. Pleasant, Daniel Island, Charleston, North Charleston, and Summerville.

Our installed sales division provides custom closets, shower doors, window treatments, and other fixtures and finishings. Our access controls division provides gate operator systems, locks, and security accessories for both the residential and commercial markets. Of course, we still offer installed fence services including wood, aluminum, vinyl, and chain-link fences. We also offer DIY fencing materials to contractors and homeowners who want to complete their own fence project.
